Lean Operating Systems
TOYOTA the automotive company, with the participation of Taiichi Ohno in the 50' consolidated the basic principles of Toyota Production System (TPS) that up to this day continues to evolve.
A number of other systems were generated using their principles, which apply to other types of businesses. Their results have been as stunning as those achieved in the production areas.
We are in a state of evolution of Lean, which has spread to all areas, and is considered a mistake to limit Lean to the productive aspect of the company. As consultants we have helped develop the application of these principles in different areas in varying degrees, by doing it in a practical way and improving the techniques necessary to implement and make the Lean Process a reality in any aspect of the process: whether it's Productive, Administrative, Service, Project or Logistics.
Establishing the interrelationships between the different operating systems, and based on Lean principles, we manage to establish a Robust, Consistent and Reliable system, giving us the guidance to achieve operational excellence that strengthens and sustains itself with the use of the Lean Management System and the specific development of professional and personal skills (Human Side).
