| GERARDO LOPEZ PEÑA
 Lean+Sigma Consulting Director Gerardo López has knowledge of the systems, techniques, methods and tools used in Lean Operations; this has been acquired through his work with japanese companies and his labor as a Consultant in discrete manufacturing industries, process industries and service companies for the last 22 years. He has the skills and leadership for developing and implementing the Lean systems. Gerardo worked as Production and Maintenance Superintendant in Nissan Mexicana and later as Operations Manager in Yorozu Mexicana for 15 years. Additionally, was Manufacturer Manager for a General Electric Transportation Systems Tier1 Supplier, developing the production process for locomotive radiator cabinets, and also gained the Black Belt (Six Sigma) diploma. He has promoted Lean culture transformation for companies such as: Cuauhtemoc Moctezuma Brewery, Sigma Alimentos, Vitromex, Grupo Bimbo, Phillips, NIBCO, Grupo Merik, EDS, among others. He also spent 9 years as a professor at the National Autonomous University of Mexico. Gerardo has an academic background in the Metallurgical and Chemical Engineering as well as a Master degree in Metallurgical Processes and MBA from the University of Birmingham, England. | |
| ENRIQUE DE LA TORRE RAMOS
 Consulting + Coaching Director Enrique has 33 years of labor experience applying the principles of Lean Manufacturing and transforming the companies where he has worked since 1999 with a dual role, first as Plant Manager and Plant Director where he achieved excellent results through the team he managed; having achieved the Corporation Benchmark status by improving the management system in 12 months. In his second role as Consultant, Enrique applied his knowledge and skills in the company´s development by providing: knowledge, leading by example, empowering the company to finally pay dividends based on results; and thus transforming these companies in High-Performance Organizations.
Enrique has 33 years of expirience working at Ford Motor Company and Nissan Mexicana where he learned the Lean Manufacturing Principles and how to apply them. He reinforced his knowledge when he was Plant Director and a Consultant at: Rassini Frenos, ZF Sachs Suspension, Hella and Lear Corporation. He broadened his knowledge and skill while working as a Consulting Manager in one of the leading Lean consultant worldwide company. His consulting experience includes companies like: Vitromex, Cuauhtémoc Moctezuma Brewery, Cifunsa, Hayes Lemmers, Cinsa Boilers, Castech,Vianney, PCB Concretes, among others.
Enrique is an Industrial and Mechanic Engineer at Anáhuac University in México, has participated in several seminars at various Chambers in Mexico spreading Lean principles. In addition his capacity for synthesis has supported the development of training materials and dissemination of systems, methods, techniques and tools using in consulting and seminars.
BARRY L. RUBIN
Human Side Consulting Director Barry Rubin has been worked with organizations for over two decades to improve their performance using the full potential of its people. He has extensive experience creating team-based work culture, high participation and continuous improvement, in conjunction with lean manufacturing initiatives.
Barry has a reputation for creative, cost effective approaches and partnership that help organizations achieve their goals. Prior to founding TeamPath, Barry provided organization change, leadership, internal consultant and team development expertise to companies such as Caterpillar, Duracell, Ford Motor Company, Lucent Technologies, Industrias Peñoles, Sivesa FEMSA Empaque, Standard Aero, Tyco Sensormatic, York International/JCI, Hanes Menswear, Merck Pharmaceuticals, FAA, Delphi Automotive, GE, Union Carbide, and AMETEK Aerospace to name a few.
Barry presents on human resource development issues and has published articles on such topics as best practices on implementing work teams, managing cultural diversity in the workforce and interactive Video Teletraining. He earned his undergraduate degree in Communication Sciences from Florida State University, and a Master´s Degree in Human Resource Development from ICADE University, Madrid, Spain.  | |
